Site Assessment & Feasibility
Planning the project from the ground up
We visit your site to assess access, land conditions, orientation, and relevant council or planning requirements. This ensures your project is well-considered from day one.

✔ Identification of potential challenges
✔ Price estimate to ensure alignment with your budget

Design Development & Pricing
Turning ideas into build-ready plans
If you don’t have plans yet, we can help get them drawn up. We’ll enter into a Preliminary Agreement and begin gathering all necessary documentation, including soil reports, surveys, and selections. We believe that it is of utmost importance that the necessary time is spent during the pre-construction phase to thoroughly review all aspects of your project to ensure you do not encounter any surprises during the build phase.
What happens here:

✔ Selections finalised (internal & external)
✔ Project specifications are detailed

Final Costing & Contract Signing
Clarity and certainty before we begin
Once your design and selections are confirmed, we’ll provide a fixed-price quote and a detailed HIA contract for your approval, so there are no surprises down the track.

✔ Construction timeline outlined

Permits & Approvals
We handle the paperwork
We take care of all required permits and approvals, including liaising with the council and finalising any outstanding documentation, so you don’t have to stress.

✔ Building permit application submitted
✔ Final documentation completed

Construction Begins
The build comes to life
Once everything’s approved, we begin construction. You’ll be kept up to date with regular progress reports and walkthroughs at key stages of the build. At completion, we then work with you to ensure your project is exactly as you envision.
What happens here:
✔ Site set-up and commencement of works
✔ Ongoing updates and communication
✔ On-site walkthroughs at key milestones
✔ Practical completion and final handover
